  • *Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Escalating and monitoring issues that require coordination and follow-up with internal departments and external business partners.
  • Creating and monitoring Code Red (escalated/critical) issues, determining communication strategies and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Reproducing issues on behalf of customers, assisting in verifying fixes, and ensuring accurate documentation in our Client Support ticketing system (Zendesk).
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing status updates and resolving issues efficiently.
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer care environment.
  • Experience with medical billing and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products.
  • Proven technical experience, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong advocate of customer service principles and practices.
