As a Customer Care Supervisor at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll lead a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance. Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the customer care team to ensure high standards of service and engagement
• Training, mentoring, and developing customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement
• Monitoring the quality of customer calls to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to company standards
• Addressing and resolving customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
