Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our high-performing team of Customer Care Specialists, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth through exceptional patient experiences. Your expertise and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission of improving the lives of those with chronic care diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and problem-solve for all team members, ensuring proper staffing levels to meet demand and maintaining a balanced workload within the team.
- Perform in a supervisory capacity, training and assisting all Customer Care Specialists, and ensuring patient satisfaction by consistently representing arenaflex professionally.
- Mentor new and current Customer Care Specialists, conducting daily one-on-one sessions and weekly team meetings, as well as monthly in-service training workshops.
- Update CCS Trends daily, maintain Productivity & Satisfaction Goals set quarterly by the leadership team, and conduct initial and annual employee reviews.
- Identify areas of improvement, create action plans for the team and individual team members, and adhere to arenaflex's employee progressive disciplinary action plan policy.
- Remain knowledgeable about all products, guidelines, and insurance coverage trends, and work on Open Order reports and resolving Unbilled revenue created by the team.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment, and be responsible for on-call duties once every 4-6 weeks.
- Schedule ongoing community development activities, in-services, and seminars on new Durable Medical Equipment, and perform all other duties as assigned and required by Department Leadership.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience working with a Medical Supply Company, preferably in the healthcare, medical, and/or HME industry.
- Knowledge of diagnosis and medical terminology, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize activities to achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products, services, and policies, as well as knowledge of industry trends and developments.
