Experienced Customer Engagement Specialist – Employee Experience and Insights

- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to provide administrative and project support to our Employee Engagement & Insights Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for acknowledging Employee life events on behalf of our Customer CARE Sr. Leaders, coordinating run-of-show and prepping items for meetings and events, paying vendor invoices, reconciling budgets, and providing support to the Employee Engagement & Insights Team.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of careerzynith
- Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on target, and on budget
- Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives
- Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and internal Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence

- Perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders
- *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures
- Knowledge of event and meeting planning
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and modify actions based on needs of the business
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment
- Ability to meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive careerzynith information
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- *Education:**
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- *Experience:**
- Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in Employee Engagement
- *Licensing/Certification:**
- N/A
- *Physical Abilities:**
- Ability to perform work duties from a limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- *Other Qualifications:**
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance per careerzynith appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Be at least 18 years of age

- Some travel may be required, flexibility to work outside of regular office hours
- *Pay & Benefits:**
- Competitive market salary from $58,850.00 - $65,400.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience
