As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing customer relationships, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their objectives. You will also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
