Job Overview


In this role, you will act as the face of arenaflex, providing concierge and lifestyle services to our valued Card Members. Your primary objective will be to deliver innovative solutions to customer issues, maintain a high level of professionalism, and work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure a superior customer experience. As a Member Service Professional (MSP), you will be expected to take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized greeting.

  • Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and exceeding their expectations.

  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to enhance the customer's journey.

  • Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring seamless and exceptional service.

  • Employ exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every interaction and maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, making quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations and adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Essential Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, with a deep understanding of the luxury travel sector.

  • A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, combined with exceptional communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer's needs and offer confident recommendations.

  • The ability to exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

  • Resourcefulness and the capability to use the Internet effectively in a customer environment, with the ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease.
