As a Customer Experience Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers. You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
  • Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, accurate, and empathetic manner
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
