- *The Role**
As a Customer Insights Associate, you'll be part of the Walmart region team, working closely with sales, brand, and consumer insights teams to drive growth through best-in-class insights. Your work will involve using a variety of tools to build shopper, consumer, category, and product insights stories that keep our organization and our customers consumer/shopper first. You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting Morning Foods categories and using a variety of data sources to create compelling insights and stories to influence customer strategy
- Partnering with OU Insights counterparts to build and share insights, analyze products, brands, and strategies, and drive growth
- Presenting insights to customers in innovation meetings, line reviews, and other apertures
- Maintaining a growth mindset and continuing to evolve ways of working and build best practices. Identifying new opportunities to use insights to create a broader impact
- Being an active member of the Shopper Insights team and helping build an open and collaborative team culture

- Experience with Scintilla (Luminate), Numerator, Nielsen, Qualtrics or other data and survey tools
- Strong command of syndicated toolkit
- *Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, or related fields
- 1-2+ years of experience in consumer insights, category management, data analytics, or related fields
- Willing to learn and leverage new tools
- Strong ability to synthesize data sources and inputs to craft a simple, compelling story
- Comfortable with fast-paced and agile work environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Scintilla (Luminate), Numerator, Nielsen, Qualtrics or other data and survey tools
- Strong command of syndicated toolkit

- International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.

- *Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary range: $68,700.00 - $114,600.00 / Annually

- *Work Environment and Culture**
- Based in the WM Business Center in Rogers, AR
- Candidates are required to live within the area due to regular meeting cadence with our customers
