As an Experienced Customer Management Associate Coordinator – Bridgeton, you will play a critical role in supporting the careerzynith Midwest team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing all processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and managing customer databases
- Ensuring all relevant items and materials are communicated to customers and careerzynith stakeholders
- Working directly with careerzynith Midwest Directors and Managers, cross-functional teams, and customers to leverage online systems and other software applications
- Maintaining timely, accurate, and complete listings of careerzynith products and pricing allowances in internal and external systems
- Updating and communicating promotional calendars to all relevant parties
- Completing contracts supporting each customer and promotional event in an accurate and timely manner
- Applying proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical skills to support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in assessing effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
- Supporting DOS and KAM team in the Midwest Region on various tasks and duties as required
- *Qualifications/Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasks
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in Outlook and Word
