- *Responsibilities**
As a CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- **Developing and executing CRM strategies**: Create and implement CRM strategies for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, determining channels and send cadence. Develop the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
- **Managing end-to-end campaign development and execution**: Manage the development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, including creative briefs, asset requests, copy and design reviews, and campaign launches.
- **Data analysis and reporting**: Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms. Track initiatives, report progress to the team, and identify next steps from campaign learnings. Analyze campaign performance against current benchmarks and optimize engagement metrics through A/B testing and CRM team insights.
- **Collaboration and stakeholder management**: Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams. Stay current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and Cx Retention team sharing learnings and insights regularly.
- **Continuous learning and improvement**: Apply your knowledge of CRM operations, marketing best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our marketing efforts.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field**: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus.
- **Minimum 3 years of CRM experience**: Proven experience in CRM, marketing, and data analysis is essential. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is a must.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts is critical.
