As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns

  • Meeting department productivity and quality standards

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
  • Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience (preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
