As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
- Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities to enhance their accounts, and collecting past-due balances
- Delivering exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided
- Meeting department productivity and quality standards
- Approaching each interaction with a "can-do" mindset and treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
- Completing training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
- Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience (preferred)
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
