We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and supporting our sales administration functions. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement and manage customer service order processing, including ticket ordering and resolution
- Prepare and manage daily and monthly usage revenue reports for the management team, providing insights and recommendations for business growth
- Develop and maintain monthly usage statements and customer service reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support daily customer service operations and sales administration functions, collaborating with the service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Provide backup support to the Customer Service Officer and Service Administrator, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- University graduate with 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working in multinational companies, particularly in the banking and finance sector, is highly desirable
- Customer-oriented and result-driven, with a strong drive to win and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SFDC), with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Mandarin an advantage

- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of salesforce automation and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of salesforce development and customization is an added advantage
