As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping customers with orders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations, and actions
  • Pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer experience and ensure that our customers receive the support they need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:

  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
  • Willing to commit to learning about our processes and procedures

  • Familiar with online shopping and comfortable navigating our website and systems
  • Experienced in a call center environment (although not necessary)
  • Knowledgeable about the automotive industry (although not necessary, experience with automotive restoration is a plus)

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your needs, including:

  • Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST (highest priority need)
  • Other schedules available to accommodate your lifestyle

You can choose to work from our office in Pottstown, PA, or from the comfort of your own home. If you choose to work remotely, you'll need to have:
