As an Experienced Customer Service Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, providing tailored solutions to their energy needs, and working closely with our team to identify and resolve complex issues. You'll be the face of careerzynith, representing our brand and values in every interaction with our customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Identify and resolve complex issues, working closely with our team to find creative solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and service
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement

Our process usually takes up to four weeks, but we'll always do our best to flex around what works for you. Here's what you can expect:
- First Stage Interview: you'll be able to speak to one of the team or record your responses to pre-set questions at a time that fits you
- Prep Call: after your first interview, you'll arrange a call with someone from the Talent Team to give an overview of what you need to know to succeed in the next stage
- Discovery Day: this is an opportunity to meet potential future colleagues and participate in activities, including group exercises, role plays, and one-on-one interviews
- Final Interview: the last stage is the final interview, where you'll visit the office, meet two of our leadership team, and have a chance to ask any final questions
