- *Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Advocate I at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Responding accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-ins
- Initiating adjustments and conducting research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Providing feedback to management on customer issues and maintaining accurate records of complaints
- Maintaining knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, recommending process improvements
- Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors
- *Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong human relations and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Good judgment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Associate Degree
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
