  • Welcome and assist customers with their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the registration process
  • Handle the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
  • Label and handle luggage, as well as perform lifting tasks that involve moving luggage from scales to transport lines
  • Practice security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and system
  • Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, and the loading process
  • Work in a team environment to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times, even in challenging situations

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Periodic lifting of bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and articulation
  • Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
