Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a start time of 2:30 PM. The starting wage for this position is $18 per hour, with opportunities for review and possible pay increases after 6 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Act as a communication liaison, receiving, sending, and distributing emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain prompt and daily attendance at the assigned work location, adhering to company safety policies and procedures

  • Efficiently sort, handle, and process paperwork as needed, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills

  • Perform data entry tasks, including typing, scanning, and filing, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain daily reports in Word, Excel, and our company system, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate

  • Verify and complete required documentation and reports, following established procedures and guidelines

  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

  • Review drivers' paperwork and update computer entries as needed, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date

Essential Qualifications



  • At least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Highly motivated individual with attention to detail and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator, and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete required training, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior office experience in the transportation industry, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations

  • Basic written and verbal communication skills, with experience in documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, and customers

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in data entry and record-keeping
