  • *Responsibilities**

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Providing Real-Time Support**: Communicate directly with customers in-person, via phone, and email to ensure timely package delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • **Empathizing with Customers**: Prioritize customer needs, uphold company values, and respect every customer interaction.
  • **Resolving Issues**: Set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understand and respond to their concerns, and approach problems logically to ensure effective resolutions.
  • **Effective Communication**: Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, and make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
  • **Flexible Scheduling**: Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with various stakeholders, including warehouse staff and delivery partners, to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a proven track record of resolving issues and providing exceptional support.
  • **Time Management**: Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • **Technical Skills**: Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
  • **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including typing, navigation, and software applications.
