  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our U.S.-based bilingual customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, delivery, products, payments, and website guidance
  • Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners
  • Gathering intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • *What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) with an English level of 85% or above
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair
  • A minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
