As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of careerzynith in our Carbondale, IL store. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommends items for sale to customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment by keeping counters and shelves clean, taking inventory, and checking in and pricing merchandise as required.
• Implements Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss and ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior work experience with careerzynith preferred.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred.
