  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including:
  • + Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services+ Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience+ Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
  • Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
  • Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including:
  • + Keeping counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised+ Taking inventory and maintaining records+ Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader
  • Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
  • Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
  • Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
  • *Training & Personal Development**

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Attend training and complete PPLs (Personalized Product Learning) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operations

  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Have a willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prior work experience with arenaflex
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • A willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
