As an careerzynith Customer Service Associate, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and email
  • Providing support for order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
  • Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to deliver exceptional support experiences
  • *What are your hours?**

This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You'll work late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Your work week will be a minimum of 5 x 8 hours, and you may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work.

  • *Basic Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
