  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Engaging customers and patients by offering assistance with products and services, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including checking in and pricing merchandise, and maintaining records.
  • Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
  • *Training & Personal Development**

As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Attend training and complete PPLs (Product, People, and Place) requested by your Manager or assigned by corporate.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • To be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend hours.
  • To have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • To have six months of experience in a retail environment (preferably with careerzynith).
  • To have prior work experience with careerzynith (preferably in a customer-facing role).

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • To have prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • To have knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
  • To have experience with inventory management and asset protection procedures.
