- Conducting insurance resolutions and benefit verifications to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Resolving complex cases to ensure customers receive the right medications in a timely manner
- Utilizing multitasking, data entry, and soft skills to effectively manage phone calls and interactions with customers
- Conducting basic computing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
