The Experienced Customer Service Communications Consultant – Strategic Communications Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering effective communication strategies that keep front-line customer service teams and partner organizations informed and engaged. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on driving business results through compelling communication campaigns.

  • *Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Communications Consultant – Strategic Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing copy and creative for digital-first campaigns across all initiatives that need to be communicated to our front-line teams and partners.
  • Working with our creative agency, contact center partners, and back-office teams to build and oversee our governance approach and communication calendar.
  • Building strong relationships across our partner senior leadership team across all four partners and six sites to set our agents up for success in serving our customers across Value brands.
  • Partnering to develop our new customer service communications playbook.
  • Driving a thoughtful, engaging, and measurable content delivery approach to ensure messaging is received and acted upon.
  • Managing our communications scorecard and a method to track impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel to make effective enhancements to our approach.
  • Creating and delivering compelling and well-supported executive communications that communicate trends, successes, and opportunities within our sites.
  • Overseeing our communication tools and acting as the voice of the partner and agent to ensure our communications tools, protocols, and methods are effective.
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with communication tools and technologies, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be highly desirable:

  • Experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
