- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, technicians, and project site team members in a fast-paced environment
- Receiving emergency and non-emergency service requests via online, email, or calls from residents
- Handling all calls, including troubleshooting and scheduling resident service request needs
- Identifying repeat, reoccurring, or outstanding requests and taking appropriate action to escalate and resolve
- Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance
- Creating work orders and dispatching accordingly
- Scheduling work orders to ensure timely completion
- Monitoring voicemails and ensuring calls are returned and queues are cleared by the end of each day
- Handling customer questions and concerns regarding service requests
- Dispatching and scheduling pest control work orders
- Providing scheduling support for Deployed Spouses Program
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Ability to adapt and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Extensive customer service or administrative experience
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software
- Experience with scheduling/work order service ticket platforms
