As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reporting directly to the Agency Owners and serving as the first point of contact for Account Managers and the Director of First Impressions (DOFI)
  • Overseeing the daily operations of Account Managers and developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure seamless customer service
  • Handling escalated customer complex issues and providing solutions that meet their needs
  • Training and mentoring Team Members individually and collectively to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Being accountable and rewarded for results, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the team to anticipate and meet the needs of our agency and clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we're always providing the highest level of service
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Property and Casualty license (must have prior to consideration)
  • A Life and Health license (must have prior to consideration)
  • Insurance agency experience, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales
  • Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
