We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our fund members, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Officer at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails from fund members, providing factual information to assist with enquiries
- Actively listening to members to gain a practical understanding of their situation
- Building rapport with members and offering empathetic assistance
- Ensuring enquiries requiring follow-up are placed in the relevant queue for further action
- Documenting client issues and escalating issues to appropriate parties to resolve
- Researching to respond to customer inquiries and responding formally to correspondence, either verbally or in writing, utilizing all reference material necessary to provide an informed response to the customer
