- *Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Phone Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone and SMS, responding to inbound calls and making outbound appointment setting calls
- Identifying and resolving caller needs, providing information and solutions with a positive and energetic attitude
- Maintaining accurate database records and managing SMS communications
- Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and key performance metrics
- *Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Professional and friendly attitude, with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
- Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
