Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Following up on client cases to ensure customers receive the support they deserve
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your passion for helping others to make a positive impact on our customers' lives
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Documenting customer interactions and updating case records in our CRM system
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
- Must be a resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Computer Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (native & activated) or MacOS (latest version, Mac no more than 5 years old)
- Processor: 2 Core (2.0 GHz minimum) or 4 Core (1.6 GHz minimum)
- RAM: 3GB or higher
- Monitor: At least one 15" or larger monitor (additional monitors recommended)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
