As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Proficiently using MS Office (Word, Excel) and various software platforms to manage customer inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Efficiently handling customer inquiries over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively, including social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email, to maintain a strong online presence.
