We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.   • Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability and a commitment to meeting performance metrics

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
