As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow with our company.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
