As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering Supreme Service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding important calls from customers, listening intently to their needs, and finding solutions to their problems
• Scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
• Entering data and prioritizing services using our state-of-the-art computer program (don't worry, we'll teach you how to use it!)
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
