As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call
  • Being knowledgeable about our company products and services
  • Identifying prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
  • Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs
  • Emphasizing the features of our products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answering questions about our products
  • Making outgoing calls to confirm appointments
  • Managing call outgoing call follow-ups
  • Incoming calls and responding to customers' requests
  • Booking appointments with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers
  • Educating clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduate or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10,000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong selling ability over the telephone
  • Ability to overcome objections and gain customer commitment
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season
  • Subject to background check
  • Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)

  • + Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Hybrid after 60 days+ Or+ Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Monday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with 2 other days of the week - remote after training
  • Training: 2 weeks onsite during the week
  • Location: East Brunswick, NJ
  • Salary: $20.00 per hour
