As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

• Providing accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
• Handling order issues including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
• Working with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience
• Maintaining organized records of all customer interactions
• Ensuring a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Must be dependable and available to work during America time zones (EST)
