Job Summary

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fun, energetic environment with a talented team of professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care


• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience


• Contributing to maintaining high standards for store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to our customers


• Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store


• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours: You'll be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods, moving around the store to interact with customers and perform tasks.


• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead: You'll be able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds, moving them from one location to another.


• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level: You'll be able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds, moving them from one location to another.


• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds: You'll be able to push and/or pull objects with your arms, using a force of up to 20 pounds.


• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift: You'll be able to bend at the waist and twist, moving around the store to interact with customers and perform tasks.


• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands: You'll be able to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with your hands, using eye-hand coordination to perform tasks.
