As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including voice, email, web chats, and texts. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff across various communication channels
  • Assisting students with inquiries related to admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing registration using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Ensuring compliance with university policies and adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Completing special projects and performing other duties as assigned
