- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and developing positive working relationships with clients, operations, and vendors
- Researching, resolving, and responding to customer service issues within specified timeframes
- Maintaining and actively communicating current knowledge of the state of various travel industries (air, car, hotel, etc.)
- Using industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of issues, explore alternatives, and advise/educate customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *About You**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
- Experience with online support and online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting)
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
- A positive customer service attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (7am-7pm CT)

The salary range for this position is between $47,000 and $57,000, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
