As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls in a fast-paced work environment
  • Providing customers with courteous and professional customer service in person or over the phone
  • Providing account information to customers, including account balances, history, and payments
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting customers in the reconciliation of their accounts
  • Providing timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries

  • Processing customer transactions and ensuring all necessary information is in place prior to completing the transaction
