We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our inbound call center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on supporting users who utilize Financial Banking Cards, but you'll also have the opportunity to support other areas of the business during slower times.

  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining or resolving inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence
  • Answering questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
  • Providing requested information
  • Maintaining updated records and logs
  • Performing all other duties as assigned
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
  • Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
  • The ability to pass a PC Knowledge Test
  • Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
