We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring accurate data entry. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Answer inbound calls from customers and follow scripted questions to obtain necessary information
• Enter data into a ticket format, accurately identifying work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive relationships with customers, peers, and management
• Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
• Accurately read digital maps and provide clear communication to customers
• Demonstrate an interest in public safety and understand the importance of accurate data entry
• Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
• General computer skills
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including good attendance
• Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated
• Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
• Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
• Must pass a criminal background check
