As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their orders are delivered on time and to their satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating customer orders in real-time to identify and resolve issues
  • Contacting customers via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
  • Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
