We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accepting, scheduling, and assigning loads using TruckMate or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS). You'll work closely with drivers and driver managers to align schedules and priorities, monitor load progress, and address customer and driver concerns with professionalism and clarity.

  • Prior experience in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics support role
  • Familiarity with TruckMate or similar TMS is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to stay organized and focused during overnight hours
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software
  • Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry, including regulations and best practices
