As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program. You will be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the program, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely solutions to their concerns
• Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered for the scholarship program
• Collaborating with the non-profit organization to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring data integrity
• Staying up-to-date with program policies, procedures, and changes to provide informed support to callers

• At least one year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting
• English proficiency, with a language assessment required for all candidates
