As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
