As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With comprehensive training and support, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
