  • *Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling and explaining the competitive advantages of our company, highlighting our unique offerings and value proposition
  • Maintaining the highest level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and internal teams
  • Learning all aspects of a digital printing, signs, and graphics operation, including estimating, production, and delivery
  • Processing and tracking jobs from order to completion/delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Communicating customer concerns and requirements to the production staff, ensuring seamless execution
  • Experience with PrintSmith or Printer's Plan estimating software will be given extra consideration
  • Estimating printing, marketing, and signage work, advising customers on best products and solutions
  • Proofreading and checking jobs for accuracy, including typo detection
  • Serving as a backup to other CSRs, ensuring seamless coverage during absences
  • Checking samples to ensure accurate final products
  • Completing and maintaining all required paperwork, records, documents, and other administrative tasks
  • Following and complying with all safety and work rules and regulations
  • Maintaining departmental housekeeping standards
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in printing and signage customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing demands
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PrintSmith or Printer's Plan estimating software (a plus)
  • Experience with digital printing, signs, and graphics operations (a plus)
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will be given extra consideration:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Knowledge of printing and signage industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or related fields
