- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize careerzynith's proprietary software and tools to access customer information and resolve issues

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with social media and online customer engagement
- *Technical Requirements**
- Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment
- Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
- Stand-alone monitor at least 24 inches; two monitors are recommended
- Hard-wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk
- Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training
- *Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.50/hour + $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 11:59 pm
- Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST for two weeks
- Flexible scheduling: three shifts per week with one being Saturday or Sunday
- Select start time between 8:00-10:00 a.m., end time 6:00 p.m. CST
- Opportunity to request one weekend off per month

- *Physical Requirements**
- This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts
