  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling 40+ inbound calls per day from clients enrolling in benefits, providing clear and empathetic assistance, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Making occasional outbound follow-up calls to ensure clients have a seamless experience.
  • Authenticating callers, troubleshooting issues, and answering benefit-related questions with confidence and accuracy.
  • Explaining benefit options, such as high vs. low plans, HSA contributions, and other relevant details, to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Navigating multiple systems and providing clear, concise assistance to clients.
  • *Schedule and Availability**
  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with a structured call center environment.
  • Training period: 4 weeks, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM EST (M-F).
  • Post-training, you must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST.

  • Previous call center experience is required, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable working in a highly structured remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and provide clear assistance.
  • Commitment to excellent attendance and performance during peak season.

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
